Yesterday I had this bit about so-called "fake news". Yes, fake news exists and has since time immemorial. Consider this: the battle of Kadesh ended in a peace treat, purportedly the oldest known today per this article, and yet the two copies held by the Hittites and the Egyptians in Hattushah and Karnak, respectively, claim to be the victors. You can't make this up.

On a tangent, this morning I woke up to news of some fun mix-up on CNN as reported The Independent and I wonder how Anthony Bourdain feels about that. Technical glitch, I know, but it is hilarious. Now people are going to be searching for that video.
The Independent is another source I follow, albeit for serious stuff. I had already mentioned that I listen to Free Talk Live (some days I might even listen to a talk live) and WikiLeaks. Free Talk Live with an Iron Chef version or Clinton featuring her own "spirit cooking" show would be something.
By the way, I just sat and observed as people got carried away with this whole "spirit cooking" thing. Zzzzzzzzzz
As I write this I am listening to CrossTalk on RT where they discuss "fake news." The irony of it all.
As they say... Variety is the spice of life. And I keep getting ammo for my deck of cards on a daily basis.
