2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
60 mL Bulleit Rye Whiskey
1 tsp (or bar spoon) sugar / sugar syrup / 1 sugar cube
In a mixing glass, dash the bitters over the sugar cube, add the whiskey and stir with a bar spoon until sugar is dissolved.
Add ice and stir for a further minute until the ice has half dissolved.
Fill a cocktail rocks glass with ice and strain the cocktail over the ice.
Garnish with an orange twist to serve.
