Team Houdini presents to you "HIVEShowdown: CryptoCombat", which is not just another multiplayer combat game; it's an innovative concept that combines HIVE blockchain, staking, and skill-based combat to create an immersive, transparent and rewarding gaming experience.
Features Implemented:
Blockchain Integration: We successfully integrated the Hive blockchain into our game, allowing players to stake Hive tokens through the HIVE Keychain Wallet as a buy-in to participate in combats.
Staking Mechanism: The staking mechanism is proportional to the resources the player receives. This ensures that players with higher stakes have more resources during combats.
Combat System: We developed a robust combat system using Unity 3D that considers players' skills and performance against other participants. The outcome of combats determines the rewards players receive from the staking money.
Future Plans:
Enhanced Combat Mechanics and Aesthetics: We plan to improve the combat mechanics further to provide players with a more immersive and engaging experience.
Improved Gaming experience with added powerups: We will focus on introducing new and exciting powerups and features and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
NFT Trading and token swap technology: We plan on introducing NFT trading and token swapping for buying in on a tournament.
