I appreciate it redsfallin. Currently, I'm working with mindful affirming, along with changing my diet and daily routines. I've heard of chanting, but I'm not familiar with them. I would take them into consideration if you care to share. I know our words are some powerful allies, or foes. Setting intentions helps to create/give instructions to the subconscious mind....I'm open to conscientious assistance. What are these chants you speak of?
