Hi guys,
ready for the weekend? This is the way I start:
STEP 1
Get everything ready
STEP 2
Grind your favorite coffee (i used a cuveé out of 25% perfectly roasted robusta & 75% elegant arabica)
STEP 3
Tamp your ground coffee (not to hard - not to soft )
STEP 4
This is the step I love most: LET IT FLOW (extract your coffee the right pressure and temperature)
STEP 5
Have a first look and finish your work
STEP 6
Steam your cold milk to a nice, warm and creamy foam
STEP 7
ENJOY YOUR TASTY COFFEE!
