CoinEx has become the latest Crypto Exchange to reach to the top of volume rankings after accepting the new controversial "trans-fee mining".
This was a small exchange owned by Chinese mining pool saw its trading volume hugely increase from $5 million to $1.27 billion according to Coinmarketcap, rising to no. 1 rank on websites exchange volume rankings.
