The EUROPOL document was published in April 2020 (for law enforcement only). According to the paper if you properly mix via Wasabi, transaction can't be traced. One reason for EUROPOL trying to hide this publication.
According to Ivan on Tech it might be possible that some services identify Wasabi Wallet Addresses and block your transaction. So far nobody has heard of major exchanges blacklisting Wasabi coinjoined addresses.
