Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
50 ml lemon juice
1 can granadilla pulp (110g)
1 and a half pkts of tennis biscuits
Orange juice
Method
Use a 25cm x 15cm dish
Beat the condensed milk and lemon juice together.
Stir in granadilla pulp.
Dip biscuits in orange juice and pack a layer of biscuits in dish
Spread the condensed milk mix on top. Repeat the layers ending with condensed milk mixture on top. Sprinkle biscuit crumbs on top if you like.
