I must have forgotten to charge my camera battery today! I did manage to get a few shots though.
My senior prom was on the Queen Mary! Back in those days it was party time. Lots of my friends rented rooms and they were the first class rooms on the ship. With names like the Churchill suite etc. The dance was in the Grand Ballroom. I remember thinking that in the days when the boat was new 99% of us kids would never have been allowed anywhere near any of that stuff. We would have been down in the bottom of the boat and locked away... no kidding!
The red stacks look pretty cool. The coal smoke that used to blast out of them was not so cool! Haha. Times have changed :)
