The good old, legendary Chuck Taylors. My workout shoes, my everyday shoes, my winter and my summer shoes. Also the first full-blooded basketball shoes ever.
They're also the only shoes(that I found) that have zero heel elevation. Having a flat shoe is essential for proper alignment of our spine. When standing up straight, your weight should be on your heels. When you run, you should shift your weight on your toes. So having elevated heels helps when you run. But when you walk, having heels elevated puts your spine in an awkward position.
For the third day in a row, my workout was interrupted by bad weather. Hooray.
I wish you all a great start of the week. Peace!
