Cumulus Clouds
This is my first Friday Sky Blue challenge, I chose to share this photo with you, as I enjoy the contrast of the composition. This photo was taken on a recent business trip to Mokopane (Potgietersrus, South Africa). This is a drought stricken area in South Africa, so it tends to be very hot and dry.
On this particular day it had rained a little the night before, so the air was high in humidity and the surrounding mountains push the hot air currents up in the sky and the resulting effect is captured in the image.
