I am not going to write anything very exciting this time. I'm tired today.
This one is for my editor friend who was discussing borage on her facebook earlier this year. So I thought of her when I took it on the 23rd intending to post it today.
I was reading up about borage after I took the shot. We may have to increase amounts of it if we try to have cauliflower again in the future. I'd put pots of thyme every other plant and we had marigolds a little distance away but still got plenty of cabbage worm (see yesterday's post). But apparently borage is good against both them and tomato horn worms. Not that we have any luck with tomatoes anyway. Had a ton of plants that were doing great and lost them all to blight in sudden weather shift to excessively wet.

Went to the camera shop yesterday about having my camera cleaned. The guy I need to talk to wasn't there, but someone else quoted me a price 4 times what I'd been told initially. So, yeah, I'm not feeling very trusting of that shop right now, not to mention not having the budget. He wanted to sell me other cameras instead.
I hopefully have found somewhere else to have it done when I am hopefully away in October. So looks like my camera will be making the trip with me, along with my SD, if I can finally get flight booked with the SD approved. More on that later.
