The Sacral Chakra the 2nd chakra located in your Pelvic area and is your passion and pleasure center
The second chakra is the center of feeling, emotion, pleasure, sensuality, intimacy and connection, it is also the center of creativity!
For meditiation in my experience try to imaging this area around the pelvic area and imagine a glowing orange orb, while saying this affirmations in my mind:
- i love and enjoy my body
- i am passionate and creative
- i am at peace
