I have squeezed out as much juice from this lime as I can, but there is still more goodness to be had. Now I have my lime in a glass, getting ready to add fresh water that I will drink at my desk while working.
Why? Because there is more juice within this lime, and I do not like to waste it.
Much of what I do in weight loss coaching is in an effort to convince other obese people that small changes make a difference.
- A little bit of added nutrition matters.
- A little bit of toxin reduction will help.
- Ten minutes of exercise will boost your energy level.
- Thirty minutes more sleep each night will help your body heal.
Much of the diet and weight loss advice available in the mainstream calls for a big overhaul of your habits. One day you are doing everything wrong. The next day you are doing everything right.
I have done this – thrown out all my food and bought new food for a “plan” Then I did not eat that food and instead went out to eat, bought all my old food again, and soon threw out the “plan” food too.
This is type of change is costly and unnecessary and makes you feel even worse about yourself and your obesity as you fail – time after time.
It’s much easier to take small steps. Make each one a habit. Then add the next good step you think you can achieve.

Losing weight was the best thing that ever happened to me. Anyone can get over obesity and live their dreams of a healthy life if I can.
