I am not complaining. In fact, every time I turn on the news and hear about the water shortage in Cape Town, South Africa and there impending day of running out, I feel extreme gratitude for the incredible amount of snowfall that we've received this year in Calgary Alberta.
That said, I am pining to see some green in the landscape. Every year at this time, my desire to see green vegetation is overpowering. I do all that I can to fulfill my need to by chlorophyl; my house has numerous plants, and every January I start an abundance of seedlings that will get transplanted into the garden in May. But it never is quite enough.
