There's something about these park benches that "speaks to me"...and they get my attention!!
How!?
- They're not well preserved, the paint is getting out;
- They're not comfortable, it lacks lumbar support;
- They also seem fragile...or should I say delicate?!
For me it's the wood details!!
I love the organic shape of the bench legs, it makes me imagine the time when it was built and the material they had at their disposal.
It's just public old furniture, but I feel I must respect it. Have you imagined this has been in the public park for many many years and was a place for thousands of confidences!?
I like to believe it that way!!
This photo was shot on a Sunday afternoon during a walk after a great meal (SundayCook) and is my submision to #ColorChallenge!!
