Singapore is by far the greenest city I've ever lived in. (Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, etc seems to be an official gov't policy.)
This photo shows epiphytes, which simply means plants growing on other plants. A feature of humid tropical climates, epiphytes are not parasitic. But they definitely are green. Maybe the greenest!
