🌹Color Challenge: 🌹 Monday Red 🌹

This is my entry for #ColorChallenge: Monday Red, initiated by Hive account@kalemandra, and inspired by Hive account@dswigle as always!

This weekend, Hive account@morkrock and I went away for Saturday evening. We went camping, just outside of Robertson, which is a gorgeous Karoo town in the winelands, here in South Africa.

Above is the view from our tent. We slept right on the river, and we slept in style! It's me - hello! I packed our lovely blowup mattress, down duvet and cotton sheets. We were soo comfy and cool.

It was AH-MAZ-ING to get away! The air is so fresh and crisp, and everything is sooo beautiful out there. Life is slower, and people take it eeeeeazzzzy.

We had such a fun time catching up with our family, braaiing(barbecuing,c'mon people, don't you know me by now!), drinking wine and talking nonsense.
