Color Challenge - Tuesday Orange - Glittery Carrots

Hi Steem friends,

For my entry into today's colorchallenge, I'm sharing a photo that I took this afternoon in my apartment. My girlfriend recently did some shopping for a few Easter decorations since Easter is quickly approaching! Among the many decorations that she purchased (I'll probably share some photos of those the closer we get to Easter) were these glittery miniature plastic carrots.

I've been using the glass bowl/dish that they're sitting in for the past few months trying my very hardest to grow some venus fly trap plants from seed, but I've had no luck at all and have given up at this point. I'd still like to try again sometime in the future to grow them, but for now I thought I might as well make use of this dried out soil as a decoration for these little carrots.

Are any of you guys already starting to decorate for Easter yourselves?
