Happy Friday! Today for colorchallenge, I would like to share with you a photo that I took while in downtown Montreal, Canada. While walking on the main shopping strip, I decided to pause for a moment to appreciate the beauty of the buildings up above and all around me. I find that most of us have a tendency to rush around all the time in our daily lives.
This makes sense, since we are all busy and have a great deal to do, but taking a vacation allowed me to take a step back from the high-stress, fast-paced grind and I was able to relax and appreciate my surroundings. I encourage all of you to do this as well, whenever you get the chance. It's amazing the beauty that we can find in so many of the places around us - we just have to take a minute to look.
My favorite thing about this picture is how the deep blues of the sky reflect off of all of the windows linings the buildings. It really adds a lot of color and atmosphere to the photo! I hope that everyone has a great, relaxing and safe weekend!
