Exactly one year ago today, I did a thing. I recorded this video. A few people saw it. Unfortunately, they can never get those minutes back. My apologies go out to them.

BUT, if you want to seriously waste 6 minutes and 16 seconds of your life away watching me be stupid ridiculous for the internet, then .. so be it.

Also, if you do that.. I LOVE YOU. And you have my sympathies.
