"Pan's Winter" so it is a direct reference to the comet Wirtanen. It makes reference to RayEl and Prime Cleric Richard Ruff and their titles as Yah. It says it is for "assessing" so something I suppose happens in order to assess what is in people's hearts. "Uprightness" crosses directly over the "assessing" term so this is an upright or righteous way of assessing people. Ascertain most likely means to ascertain someone's fate. Burn and Dirtying could be a reference to the iceteroids or some form of meteors crashing down. These are just some possibilities

The problem is that people no longer look to God or his Son. The world is numb or experiencing cognitive dissonance on an epic scale at this time. Religious people often spout warnings, but with only emotion, perception and rarely if ever with evidence or logic. It develops dismissal and cynical attitudes toward truth. This ruins it for those who are trying to get the whole truth out to the masses. We are a minority in this, but we have the whole truth. The rest is a big game to distract and confuse you. They will give you half-truths, but it takes wisdom and seeking the Lord to put the remaining pieces together
