King T'Challa - the current Black Panther and ruler of united Wakanda, is in a conference with Dr. Strange in America. In the past, Tony Stark's autonomous drone system had kept vast areas of the planet safe from rogue attacks. Since Thanos, a significant of that system is no longer functional.
There are also new threaths that are beyond the scope of governmental defences. Elements that can bypass space-time in unconventional ways need to be guarded agaisnt.
Strange is considering the Wakanda protective dome shield paradigm, reinforced by the Time Stone. One spherical shield capable of enveloping the entire planet - sealing it in both time and space.
Steeman wondered why Shuri wasn't the one at the conference. After all, she's the one with the brains.
Shuri thought the bright blue and green colour scheme, though faithful to Steem, was a little juvenile. Keeping in the blue-green bracket, the suit was more in the "Wakanda green" hue.
The head gear now included integrated visors made primarily of vibranium. In fact the entire suit is coated with vibranium microfibre in true Wakanda fashion.
"No need to jump around centralised networks anymore, I've put in tech to auto-generate RC as you move through the Steem blockchain" added Shuri partly smiling.
Steeman wanted to ask about the ancient blockchains then have running in Wakanda, and about the true identity of Satoshi, but decided against it.
