Here's a digital painting I did in 2015 after watching an old Star Wars movie and feeling like the franchise has lost its "spirit". The new movies... I'm not even sure entirely why... but they just don't have the same good feeling of the older ones. I'm unsure if it's the relentless tidal wave of money over passion, maybe even they keep trying to outdo previous episodes, but the original movies are timeless yet the newer ones I feel just aren't. In fact whatever the latest one was (already forgotten the name) I fell asleep watching 😄

I totally missed the #trialbycomics as I just stumbled upon it. I would've love to enter a comic but I guess it wasn't meant to be. Next time for sure!
