Community News - Reporters needed!
Here at Community News we do more than just report the news - WE CREATE IT!
And today 30 August 2017 - for what we believe to be the first time in Steemit history - we are advertising genuine Steemit jobs, for genuine hardworking Steemian reporters.
Who are we?

It is not unusual for our reporters to be found on the front-lines of battle, as they were in the Great Steem Wars; or, to be on the scene as new teams and communities form throughout the Steemit world; or, to be reporting on the major events and celebrations going on both in the Steemit world - and out.

Recently announced was would be covering Australia's a-league soccer season starting 6 October 2017.
Community News is now looking to be Steemit's leading news network for:
- Philippines Basketball (PBA).
- USA National Football (NFL).
- Australian Big Bash Cricket.
- US Major League Baseball.
These are but the first of 4 available postings for 4 intelligent, proactive, passionate and reliable reporters.
Applicants:
Aside from the aforementioned the successful applicants must:
- Have solid English writing skills.
- Be concise, yet exciting in their posts.
- Have good time management skills.
- Be able to create ascetically pleasing posts, making good use of Markdown Styling.
- Be personable in the post comments.
We at Community News do not care if you are rich or poor, big or small, if you have the above mentioned skills and you are interested - we encourage you to apply.
The positions
The positions (engagement) will operate as follows:
- The successful applicants will be self-employed and engaged by Community News to report on a particular topic.
- They will establish their own new, clean account to post out of. (You will own and be responsible for the account, not Community News).
- You will aim to post 3-7 posts a week (no more than one per day) on your designated topic.
- Community News and our sponsors will aim to guarantee you $2 STEEM DOLLARS per post. YOU KEEP ALL PROCEEDS!
- The more you grow your news account - the more Steem YOU should make.
- You must keep your account clean of reteems of irrelevant subject matter.
- You must uphold the vision, mission and values of Community News at all times.
If our chosen applicant cannot afford the 6 steem to establish your new account our senior editor has stated that he would arrange establishment for them.
If no steem - what is in it for Community News?
At present we are looking to build upon the Community News brand only, so we ask only that:
- You display our banner at the bottom of each post.
- All posts are tagged to #communitynews
