All things are subjective but a nerd is a nerd. That's right. Today we are talking about nerds because like it or not we are stuck with them and they don't seem to be going anywhere. Do you know any nerds? Are you a nerd? Chances are if you're upset by the time you get to this sentence you're not a nerd. You're a dork and you can go somewhere and pout to yourself. This is a nerd post and that's what we are going to talk about in this one. I am a nerd, I have been one as long as I can remember.

Nerds are not what they used to be when I was growing up. They are way different today, they think they are cool. Chances are most of us are a little nerdy. Some of us are really nerdy and others who are not nerdy at all should be watched closely as something is just not quite right with them. Like my wife

She thinks just because she doesn't play the PS4 or xBox One with the kids and I, she is not nerdy like us. I feel bad trying to explain it to her, she is the biggest nerd out of all of us. She is in self denial. She will probably read this to the paragraph above this one and yell at me and tell me she is not, she is.

So anyway, what the hell am I even babbling about? I am using Sunday as my "Love a Nerd" day. Nerds should not be left in the dark hiding the fact they are nerds. It is a waste of time when one denies their true self to the world. It would be fun if other nerds would follow suit and embrace their rightful place with the real nerds. I only picked out one type of nerd to name today but there are many other types which I will cover later as the are all over steemit, all you have to do is look under the correct tag to find them. The tag I am referring to today is #gaming I picked 13 nerds (some new and some old) to highlight today but there are thousands here. Go show them some love and look at their other interests and check out their games as well.
