When I tell people i've put money into steem, or am blogging on steem, I usually make a point about the transparency of the platform and of blockchain in general. Human greed will play a role in any human activity. Transparency is the key to truth. As soon as secrecy becomes even a possibility, humans tend to exploit it. You can be a dick on steem, and you might be able to be greedy in the short term, but I think steem will show over time that transparency leads to truth and supreme knowledge.
