A little while ago, I read a post from a father about his young son who was doing it tough while dealing with some family issues, so I thought I'd brighten his day by sending him a little something to cheer him up.
It was well received and I was happy in the knowledge I could help make the lad smile.
Well today I went to the post office and lo and behold, that same young man had sent me a package in return.
I carefully opened the box and began to unwrap it.
And in doing do revealed an amazing sculpture.
An amazing piece of an anthill casting, mounted with a bunch of shells from near the Mighty Mississippi River.
To say I love it is a massive understatement and I now must decide whether to keep it displayed at home, or whether it would look better on my desk at work.
