Yoga teacher training brings alot of people together. From different countries and background. My colleagues from Sierra Leone are going to rural areas to teach yoga to children.

Yoga is one way of engaging children. Getting them to tap from their inner abilities and also learning new things.

Children are bold and fearless, they know how to share what they learn.

In Sierra Leone Some yoga teachers are engaging children in yoga practice.
And also coaching them to teach others.
Just like community service this Sierra Leone Kids are engaged using physical movements to obey instructions and have fun while doing so....
This develops their skills, self confidence and presentational skills..
Catch them young by engaging them through yoga.
Make the classes fun and not too long.
Show them what to do and allow them experiment while you observe them.
Let them share what they learned after practice and let them ask any questions they want as you guide them.
Meanwhile, I can't wait to have my kids practice with me!...
