So I agreed with one of my sisters to buy the ingredients for our Christmas dish that everyone loves "La Hallaca", personally I love it hehe, family tradition and I told one of my sisters to help me obviously she is the one who has the seasoning hehe.
I went to the market to buy the ingredients, here in my country Venezuela as I have said in other publications the economic situation is not easy but I can not complain, God has always provided for us and this will not be the exception so that we can enjoy our traditional dish as a family.

My sister made the stew and then taught them how to make it hehe and began to assemble them while I tied them and we took the opportunity to talk about everything a little bit, we took our cup of coffee that can not miss in these gatherings hehehe. all in healthy harmony and peace as it should be not only at this time but throughout the year.

And this was my weekend commitment for this Christmas edition. I think Christmas should always be in our hearts. Let's not wait for December to arrive to have a good time, to be better people every day, to recognize when we are wrong and to ask for forgiveness and to forgive.
And this is a dish that we traditionally share with the family on Christmas Eve and it is accompanied by Pan de Jamón, chicken salad, black roast or pernil and the hallaca obviously. We have dinner at 12 o'clock at night, and we set the table together.
