If you view my profile you will see a cover image for this post. However, if you view it via the permlink you don't see any image.

First person solves this mystery and explain in the comments will get a 2.5 SBD. Once the mystery solved, I will also edit the post with the explanation.

Condenser uses the first entry of json_metadata.image as thumbnail. If you post with lower-level tools than via condenser you can put any link there even if it is not contained in the post body.
