I'm not a fan of the pop music of today by any means, so as strange as it may sound, I remember vividly the first time I heard Justin Bieber's Where Are Ü Now.
The sensation I had when listening to it was unlike any other I've ever had: it was a feeling of being hypnotized. The tune itself has a very synthetic trance-like sound, and the sudden pitch-changes in the vocals make me think of Erickson’s Secret Trance Voice Induction:
The trance-voice hypnotic induction is one of the tools that you will use to get hypnosis underway. The trance-voice hypnotic induction is the skill of changing your voice into your hypnotic voice in order to induce a trance. It is a very powerful way to condition people to enter an altered state of mind just by the tone of your voice.
In this induction you will spend time conditioning your subject to recognize and respond to the particular tone, rhythm and pitch of your voice. Once they are conditioned correctly they will respond much like Pavlov’s dogs in that the response will come with little coaxing and the reward will not even have to be in sight.
This in and of itself is a point of attention that I will likely expand on, because it's very interesting.
But what I wanted to focus on in this post is the massive amount of very, VERY strange visual subliminal flashes in the video.
Hidden Messages
To start off, here's the video.
The song seems incredibly typical to start off with except for the occasional super low pitched vocals (which are creepy and fit well into trance voice induction). Then at 1 minute 10 seconds, when the beat drops, you will be inundated with so many subliminal flashes that you will likely feel overwhelmed.
I remember watching this video for the first time, I actually welled up with emotion. My brain felt overloaded. It was as if my capacity to take in information could normally be represented as a small tube with a steady flow of input, and suddenly a rush of information the size of a raging highway drove its way in.
Most of the flashes could be considered "artsy": they're just drawings or sketches of benign, totally harmless, highschool-doodling-on-your-assignment type stuff. That much of it could be fun and wouldn't make me question anything.
But I paused the video in a few places, and what I saw was simply downright disturbing. There are Satanic images, hyper sexual and ultra violent images, and some very strange prophetic political images.
Here are some of them, but I'm sure you can go through the video yourself and find hundreds more.
Satanic
These images feature upside-down crosses and direct Satanic messages.
Illuminati
Here we can see the pyramids with the all seeing eye, freemason imagery, the symbolic hexagram, and the message "we made it", among other things.
Hyper violent / sexual
The video is loaded with highly sexual and violent images.
Political
I remember doing a writeup about this about a year ago about how this video showed the "H" logo from the Hillary Clinton campaign in one of its flash images. The dates on that were really strange because it appeared that someone would have to have some inside knowledge of the Clinton campaign in order to put the "H" logo in this video during production.
I can't seem to find that image or the post currently, so I can't back this up.
But here's another strange one.
Images dissapearing
If you look this up online you'll find a bunch of articles of people exploring what these images might mean. Many of them have broken link Images. I can't say that this means anything. It's just weird.

I'm thankful for Steemit
Without decentralized platforms like Steemit, this sort of content might be impossible to get out to the public.
I hope that it can find a safe home here and people can disseminate and expand on what this means freely and openly.
What do you think?
This is weird stuff. I'd like to know what you think about this strange content that exists in video which has been seen over 1 billion times.
Do you think it's healthy for such images to be flashed subliminally hundreds of times in one video to an unsuspecting population?
Tell me your thoughts below.
