Sunday morning was almost balmy, in the 20’s! He got out there, sorted out this little corner on the right of the porch above the ladder and started laying plywood.
He’s doing the valleys first because they are the hardest.
The sole of his sneakers came loose, so he was sending the pieces up through the attic. He was afraid the sole would trip him walking on the plywood from the ladder. I sent him out to get new sneakers.
Monday is the last decent day. Tuesday they are threatening rain and snow and then the temperatures plummet on Wednesday. It may be too icy for him to get up there for a while…
Office door, 36” x 80” pine for staining
Me, I finished the estimate for the kitchen and started on the pantry. I got stuck hunting for solid pine 4 panel doors to match what we already have. I need 6 of them this size and 1 smaller one.
By supper time (French toast with cherry cream or maple syrup) I was starting to really get sick, so I went to bed right after supper.
I’m expecting I will be sick on Monday and will just do laundry and rest, along with my regimen.
