This building was built in 1955 in the middle of the Heights neighborhood in Houston. Through the years it’s glory came and went. For a few years it was the Houston telephone museum. For the past few years my job has been taking these 4 floors and putting a ramp into the basement for the parking garage, 3 floors of 24 lofts and a rooftop terrace. We are about 90% complete and more than half of the units are occupied.
