I love to read different kind of genre. I also love to read more works from the same author if I was impressed by the first one.
This is the case with Tina-Marie Miller. I loved her debut novel "Everything happens for a reason", therefor I was eager to find the time to read the sequel in The Hamptons series.
Having already read the prequel I started reading the sequel thinking I know a bit what to expect. Yes, Poppy and Richard are still there, but no, I couldn't see at all what followed. Was I surprised? YES, though positively. The plot was slowly building up with each page and gave me no certain predictable idea where the story was going to take me. I was sure though of one thing: it made me really curious. All the twists, turns and mysteries in the village affairs were so carefully revealed that kept my whole attention. I know now that I am eager not only to carry on following the new work of the author but I have to visit The Hamptons.
