I will get them signed up to http://mastercard.steemspeak.com and make it so to work in the studio you need a steem-account. If you do not have one, we have a computer in the studio where you can register one ;) When they wants to cash out, I will show them Bittrex and help them, even drive them to an ATM machine where they can take out cash... Then the first group of studio cast/crew will be teaching everyone who is new how to do it.
