My Amazon basket is full of books, both paperback and kindle books. I've already got three or four books on the go at the moment in one form or another: one paperback, one (or more?) kindle books and at least one audiobook.
Speaking of audiobooks, I really do like audio as a form of entertainment. So I have a backlog of audiobooks to listen to on Audible.
I also absolutely love podcasts. I subscribe to a bunch of them. Again, some of my favourites are stacking up with shows that I've yet to listen to... And then I also hear of more interesting podcasts, so I've gone ahead and added them to my feed subscription! Uh oh...
Oh, and then there's social media. Hive is a mainstay of course:) Then there is LinkedIn etc
And I can't forget YouTube. I seem to spend more and more time on this platform.
I don't know if it's because my attention span is declining ever shorter, but I seem to find myself defaulting to looking for a video on a subject rather than seeking out articles or posts... So needless to say, I find myself with a ton of unwatched YouTube videos and I find more and more to add to the list each time I log on. Eeek!
Finally, there's the good old-fashioned TV - with box sets and endless new shows, films and programs offered via the usual suspects e.g. Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc.
So that's my conundrum. Too much content, not enough time. Does this ring true for you too?
