Premiership Last Man Standing Contest Week 1 Results

The results are in for week 1 of the last man standing premiership football competition are in . I was waiting for Liverpool v Crystal Palace to finish before I could post. We have a few heavy hitters that did not expect to fall on their sword so soon in this competition. 18 entrants out of 33 have succeeded to reaching the second round. So in other words half of you are sadly no more! It's been emotional.

Manchester United lost which has wiped out most of you. Man Utd should be ashamed of themselves. Arsenal went 2 down against Chelsea but fought back to 2-2 then Chelsea got the winner in the last minute. Cardiff and Newcastle only drew which meant more knock outs. Them's are the breaks I'm afraid.Won't be long until the next contest and I will let you know when there is a winner of this. Week 2 should be interesting with harder games to forecast. Remember you CANNOT pick the same team twice! So all you guys that went for Manchester City will not be able to pick them again I am afraid. So some strategists on last man standing go for the weaker teams first.
