Perform the following steps:
1. In the application Color Photo Editor place the photo of the queen in the PIP option, select the filter of a fish tank that contracts with the bottom of the image and the color of the fish stands out very well with the hair.

2. I made three shots at different angles.
3. In Color Photo Editor is the option to DIFFUSE, here I put the texts, in the first image of @ VOTU, then in another photo I wrote @Beanz Pirate Queen with an emoji.
4. Then use the voturecords image, which gives you a pretty degraded black frame and the text Voices of the underground and adjusts it vertically in the same option as DIFFUSING - TEXT.
5. Finally use the Gif Maker - Gif Editor application, here select all the images according to the order you wanted them to reproduce to achieve the Gif, then in the speed option set the time to 1.59 frame / s - 0.63s, and save where you set the banner size to 301x308, here I share the results:
