South America Round 1 : All 10 Participating Member Associations (PMAs) will contest Round One. The top four placed teams will qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia The fifth placed team advances to the intercontinental play-off.
Play-offs: The 2 teams will be paired into 1 home-and-away series. The 2 PMAs participating in the Oceania Zone - South American Zone intercontinental play-off will meet each other home and away. The winner will qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia... More in fifa.com website.
