My journey on Steemit has been a very slow progression, 3 steps forward, 2 steps back. Initally I arrived here because I bought a course which talked about how easy it is to make money on Steemit.

I soon realised that it is not nearly as easy as all that to make money, but I have decided that, because I am also working on a number of other ways to make money online (which I discuss in my blog), Steemit will actually serve a very different purpose for me. I will be using this platform as a place to improve my writing skills, in particularn regards to writing authentically, sharing my truth.

While there is a lot of cr@p on Steemit, there is also a solid core of people here who are looking for authentic connection, a place where being open and honest is encouraged. I don't expect to make money here, although I won't be sad if I do 😁, my journey here will be about truth, honesty, openness. See you around the Steem traps.
