So it has been a while since I stopped for a minute and breathed in, or just wrote about my thoughts. My dreams have been wild and my stories have been all over the place. Bitcoin is just moving all the time, I have adult responsibilities, the charity is doing well and I am coming up with recipes to present every Monday. In the end I even find some time to play a computer game (or two) in the evening, even though I must admit, I go to sleep very late and wake up later as well, and I do not know how healthy that is!

I have been just dong and doing and I have gotten into the rhythm of steeming and having a life, but my interactions have not been the best, comment writing is a pain in the ass with steemit acting clunky, and I have noticed that I haven't commented that much in the last months overall! Then there is the fact that I want a new cover image that is not just taken from the Internet and stamped on my profile. Do not get me wrong, I love my cover image, but I want something personal, you know?

So that is why I came up with the idea!

Contest!

Would you be interested to help me help you to help both of us? This is a contest and a service, from you, to me, but with your name out there. I take my page very seriously and I would love to work with you to make it better.

We have so many talented steemians here on the platform, and even though steemit is going through some technical issues lately, we are still here.

I would like to make a contest for a cover image made for me, with your name on it, so you have more exposure, an extra added bonus to the prize.

I would love to find people who would be willing and able to create a cover image for me and maybe even others later on. I am not steem rich or money rich in real life at the moment, and I know that artists and other content creators deserve so much more, but at the moment I can only afford to put forth 10 SBD of my own money for the first place and 2SBD for the second one. If this post will have higher SBD payout, you will be rewarded that, but if not, the first place will still have 10SBD and the second place 2SBD.

Rules

Until 08/11/2017 design a personalized cover image for me
This is the part where I benefit you: on the cover image add "created by Hive account@yourusername" in a place that would be visible when I use the image, so people can find your art if they like the cover image. Yay! Free publicity! (This is not a requirement if you do not want your name out there)
The images that will be more ''me'' will have the upper hand as I will be the sole judge for the first place, so feel free to contact me on steemit .chat(Hive account@lindahas), Discord (Hive account@lindahas#2182) or here, in the comments
You can publish your cover image in a post if you feel like it, to get more coin for your work! You deserve it!

There can be multiple entries, but there should be at least seven participants in total for me to actually let the contest be called a contest. If there won't be, I will still choose a winner and he will be awarded 10SBD(or the posts SBD payout) if I choose to use the cover image or 8SBD if I don't. Remember, it is nothing personal, everybody has preferences!

I would love if the cover image would be ''me'' and you would talk to me or at least go over my work to get a feel of me, but you can completely disregard my wishes and do your thing, maybe I fall in love! I am a person that loves humanity but sees all the bad at the same time, I deeply care about the world being a better place with more compassion. I love writing fiction/fantasy stories and I want to be a writer one day. I would like to have wings, and at the moment the cover image I have imagined is leaning towards a style of ''Alice in Wonderland'', if you get me. I do not want the characters of the story in my cover image, it is just the feel of the story that I like.

If you will be a winner I can add ''cover image created by Hive account@yourusername'' in my account description Settings->About, that will stay there as long as I will use your cover image, and I will use it for at least 3 months.

Prizes

I will specify here one more time, and in case a wonder happens and there is a higher post payout!

Until nr. 3rd down below I will be able to add my own SBD to guarantee that the whole payout of this post will go towards the artists.

1. If the post payout is under 15$:
1st place = 10SBD, 2nd place = 2.5SBD, 3rd place the rest
2. If the post payout is more than 15$:
1st place: 10SBD, 2nd place 2/3 of the rest and 3rd place 1/3 of the rest
3. If the post payout is over 20$:
1st place: 15SBD, 2nd place 2/3 of the rest and 3rd place 1/3 of the rest

4. If the post payout is over 30SBD:
1st place = 20SBD, 2nd place 2/3 of the rest and 3rd place 1/3 of the rest, plus participation prize 1SBD for all serious entries.

Your name featured on my cover, so people can find your account and ask for services or just admire art!

If the payout actually does a miracle and reach higher, I will adapt the prizes and post them here.

Why so emotional?

I had a walk two days ago and I got to be alone for a minute, in the nature. You realize that all the little things matter, life matters, people matter, compassion matters. Even though we are fighting each other, we need each other, and even though I feel angry and helpless sometimes about the direction world is going, in the end of the day there is so much to do, to actually make the world work, for itself and us. I hope you understand, maybe not, each mind works in a different way, either way, take a part of me and I will take a little of you, walking a mile in somebody else's shoes goes a long way!
