For me, it's better to have both.

If you're "only" a team worker it doesn't give much or let's say the things you've done is not yet for the best. And if you're "only" brilliantly creative person it's still not enough. Yes you contribute BIG TIME but it will sound you bossy or maybe some will be intimidated with your presence (this will depend on the person if he/she will accept it as positive or negative one) I do believe that we humans are intellectual and hardworking.

Really, it's great to have a brain and a hand.
