Let's Hand out some prizes!

Admittedly, I expected to be doing a little more reading today before I could send transfers to the winners of my writing contest. But hey, two entries make it easy to distribute the winnings!

Rather than picking a first and second place, I just took the second and third place winnings and combined them into two winners of 50 HIVE each.
