Beitou Valley is much visited place during winter because there are lots of hot spring nearby aside from the valley itself where much more fascinating site to visit. The main attraction of the place aside from emerald green color of the water is the all year-round sulphuric steam that rises up from the water and blankets the valley in a haze of extremely humid fog. That's why winter is the best time to visit this place not on summer because you will be sweating while strolling in the area.
