The fact is that not all contestants will be able to take advantage of these points, since they do not have the opportunity to write posts while being blacklisted for reasons that I do not want to delve into, and it will be unfair to them to make a reward that they do not will be able to use.
But, when I understand that I have an alternative opportunity to reward such bloggers, as happens when I give out different types of tips, among which there are those that have no restrictions and whitelisting, then I can with a clean conscience to contribute ecency points to the prize pool.

In any case, I think about how to do it correctly and fairly, when there is a solution to this, then it will be done.
