Well the problem of contest bleeders seems to have returned. When I had automated payment I created a blacklist. I may go back to that method. For now I will vet the accounts of winning entries and whilst I have nothing against anyone chasing contests to earn Steem, the intention is to reward genuine accounts on Steem, the ones that post and interact with other users and don't just resteem and enter contests only. If you have one of those accounts don't bothering entering these you won't be winning any Steem from them.
