I was born in France, several decades ago. When and where are the questions asked in this contest.

To participate in this contest, you need to reply before Tuesday, January 2^nd
2018, 9AM (Pacific Time) with:

1. the exact date of my birth
2. the name of the city where I was born
3. the year the place where I was born was founded
4. an estimate of the $ value of this post as displayed on Steemit Thursday January 4^th at 9AM (Pacific Time)

Only one entry reply per person and no update. Anybody that sends several entry replies or updates their entry reply will be disqualified.
So, think carefully before answering: you have three days, there is no advantage to reply early.

You can make as many non entry replies as you want.

The winner will need to answer accurately to 1, 2 and 3 and be the closest for 4.

The prize will be 50% of the liquid award of this post.

UPDATE

On Thursday January 4^th, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time, the $ value of this post as displayed on Steemit was $315.56.

There was 10 people than answers correctly to 1, 2 & 3.
The correct answers were:

1. October 31st 1949
2. Paris
3. 1843

The $ amounts of the 10 correct commenters went from $148.43 to $310.
The sudden increase in the price of STEEM made guessing very difficult, and everybody was below the actual value ($315.56).

As Hive account@pedroo had the highest guess ($310), he is the winner.

For 3), the answer was "the year the place was founded". The place is the hospital, that was founded in 1843.
