- Get the mince ginger ,garlic, red onion and salary and deep fry in the used oil for few minutes
- Add the dry chilly and diluted blachan
- Cook in low heat for few minutes while it cooking add little vinegar, MSD, salt, sugar and red coloring .keep it with oil.
