This looks amazing! I really like the rosemary in the sauce. I feel this really added a big boost of flavor along with the miso. I'm a big fan of mushrooms so I like that in the filling and also the tofu ricotta. I like how you finished off the dish with fresh herbs. This just really elevated your lasagna.
